New management is terrible. The new management is absolutely disrespectful and irresponsible. They allow they neglect, and lack of organization negatively affect their tenants. Their payment system has many bugs and they will make you pay hundreds of dollars in extra rent due to THEIR SYSTEMS MALFUNCTIONS. absolutely terrible company. it is a shame because the apartments themselves are decent.
Not for decent living It’s hard to think about anything good this complex has to offer. It is severely overpriced, the new management is inefficient and greedy. The neighborhood gets noisy (gunshots have been heard). The complex is dirty and not probably managed. The list is endless. The only good thing is that it is a roof over your head, albeit a noisy one with the thin flooring and walls. If you want peaceful and convenient, this is not it!
It's a zoo!!! I've lived here for two years and things have gotten progressively worst. I regret renewing my lease and I'm thankful that I'm able to leave soon. Please don't be fooled by the appearance of the complex. They will only allow you to see the areas that they actually maintain and clean. ill be moving out This used to be a stellar community. Since Trinity property management took over the property it has simply gotten worse by the day. The hall ways smell like trash, because the apartment allows residents to leave trash in the hallways on the days the valet trash does not come. The management fired the valet trash and cleaning companies before hiring others so the trash in the residence has piled up so much that you cannot open the doors to the trash rooms, so trash is sitting outside of the trash rooms. Ineffective Management/Security My spouse and I moved into this building in September 2014 when it was brand new and still under construction. However, the management change that occurred two years ago had been disastrous for the residents. Residents sign a lease with many rules; no smoking, valet trash times, not setting trash bags directly on the carpeting, allowable pets and cleaning up after them, noise and quiet hours, pool use, etc.). Find somewhere else! I lived here for about 5 months before I had to leave. The parking garage is gated however the gate worked less than 1/2 the time I lived there and my Jeep was broken into when it wasn't working. I can count 5 different times that residents let their dogs poop inside the building and never picked it up. There are people yelling constantly outside. Not for working people who want a safe, quiet place. I really don't know how this place got such a high review rating. When we moved in 2 years ago, things weren't that bad. Since then they have had multiple management changes and are now under new ownership. Things really don't seem that much better than they were even with all the changes. Too expensive for the value - Not a great location I am quite disappointed in this apartment complex. First and foremost, the walls are paper thin. I can hear everything...especially in regards to outdoor noise and it is preventing me from getting a good night sleep. The elevators are very slow and are down for repairs quite frequently.
