Verified Renter The management team works together to give the best possible living experience. I love the location. You get PARKING downtown! You can even rent garages. There are newer complexes, but the people and unique setup makes this the best in the area. I’ll debate anyone on that.

Great Living Over the Years I lived in this apartment community for the last 4 years and had no major complaints with my apartment or the amenities. The location is great and the apartments are Modern. The front staff really care about your living experience and are understanding. Going to miss living there
Verified Renter This has been by far the best apartment I have had! From the amenities, pet policy and apartment layout has been the greatest. The apartment has been very energy efficient for me as well! Everyone from management, leasing and maintenance are awesome!
Maintenance and Staff One thing I can always count on from the Brooklyn Riverside staff and maintenance crews is outstanding service. Out of the 2 years we’ve been here, they have never let us down. They always show up asap to fix any problems we may have and do so in a timely manner. I put in a request this morning for my AC. Not too long after that, Nicky and his partner showed up, identified the problem and solved it in less than 15 minutes! The move in process was smooth and Alexis in the front office was always available for my questions. The complex is gorgeous and perfect location for Riverside/downtown adventures.
