Verified Renter Brooklyn Riverside Apartments is by far the best apartments I have ever lived in. Management here has also just improved even more since they promoted Mark to Property Manager. He is very attentive, cooperative and caring towards all of his tenants. I see it with my own eyes. I lived here previously for 2.5?years, and at that time he was assistant manager where he actually took care of Brooklyn apartments practically single handed by addressing everyones needs immediately.

Verified Renter We resigned our lease for two years during covid and were excited to live here another two years. The amenities are very nice and its a convenient location. However, our property being burglarized paired with management not caring and taking minimal steps to prevent it from happening again has caused us to start house hunting and we feel extremely unsafe living here.
