My wife and I were celebrating our 35th anniversary and our server Nikkie made it super special for us. She took the time to find out about us and why were visiting. We had a great conversation with her. The meal and ALL the special requests we had were taken care of without hesitation. Cool place in a cool location. To start, I'd say that it's a great place to go for a high-quality steakhouse experience. The steaks are well-prepared and flavorful, and the menu offers a good variety of cuts and options. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. We ordered oysters as an appetizer, fresh and delicious, along with sauvignon blanc was just perfect. We had the best experience at bucher’s but last night. The service and the food water amazing 👍
First time eating there. Everything from the food, service and timeliness was fantastic. We will definitely recommend the Butcher’s Cut to our friends and will be back ourselves.

Jen was a wonderful server. Highly recommend this spot for great steaks. Nice ambiance, although they could have turned the lighting down a tad to give it a more vintage steakhouse vibe.
Service was excellent! I got the scallops and they were just good, not anything out of the ordinary. My husband got one of the specials and enjoyed the lamb the most
Great quality food, interesting and creative menu, large portions, and just generally a good vibe. Business friendly, and they have a really cool looking table on the front patio. Great overall experience multiple times, seems underrated!
Amazing all around. Staff are so nice and welcoming. The ribeye and crab cake are the best I have ever had. Will definitely be returning.
