Not the worst experience on a bus, but definitely not the best either. We couldn’t figure out where to wait at first because the email said “Stop 2217” which just looked like a public transit stop. Thankfully a man noticed us looking confused & directed us to Stop 2218 saying the company messed up. I booked tickets months in advance for 12:00pm. The bus showed up at 12:30pm, so we assumed it was 30 minutes late (we had also arrived at 11:15am as it was recommended to be early.) The driver had trouble scanning our tickets & i... read more

It was a good service. It had a bathroom, the chairs were super comfortable and they handed out snacks at red deer. I went Edmonton to Calgary round trip and on the way there the wifi was quite good but on the way back it was spotty but still good enough for what I was doing. I wouldn’t depend on it if I had something important to do though. Especially something like an online meeting. It did take 40 minutes longer than they had estimated when I booked the ticket on the way there and an extra 20-30 minutes on the way back. S... read more
