My first experience travelling with The Canada Bus from Calgary to Brooks, AB was so good. The bus is so comfortable and it was exact on time. The complementary snacks is really nice and needy thing for passengers for long rides. The driver was so kind among people and helping all of them with luggage. The only thing I want to reduce ticket prices for somehow so that it would be affordable for daily travelling. The rest is all good.

Have used their service 3-4 times. Nice thing is they offer refreshments. Not so nice is that when you are late their driver expect explanation but don’t care to say sorry when they are late.

Just a quick 1 hr trip for me, but it was fast, smooth, the driver was efficient and informative during stops, and I loved that there were snacks provided! Absolutely will use Canada Bus again next time.
