Great quality, very professional service, quick preparation of binding and delivery. Everyone we dealt with (sales, scheduling, delivery) was knowledgeable and pleasant. Their goal: always to satisfy the customer.
The customer service is outstanding. The attitude of the staff top notch. We ordered a rug which was delivered promptly. When we put it down, we realized it wasn't what we thought it was (not their fault) and they were unbelievable in accepting it back for full credit. ALL of our flooring needs will be through Carpetman. Truly couldn't have been more impressed and there is no better customer service.
