As a designer, I find it problematic when a vendor does not stand behind their products. Their own repair department deemed the installation to be "unacceptable" (in their own words) when it started to unravel on the edges and in the middle in less than a month. The salesperson blamed it on the vacuum. Seriously? A carpet you can't vacuum? Three months later nothing has been done to resolve the situation. And the owner still has not returned my calls.
