Ron was really helpful in the showroom and Claude and Darrell were excellent installers as well as being friendly and easy to have working in the front part of our house. They matched the carpet pattern perfectly, each step being cut separately and matched with the next step. Then they cleverly turned the pattern as the stair turned. It looks really good and we are very pleased. I wish we had used The Carpetman when our last stair carpet was installed!

I had a great experience. I worked with Ron. He was very helpful. He was super responsive to my email and calls. He was very respectful of our budget and had our job done within the time frame we needed. I look forward to working with him again in the future when we redo our entire home.

These guys at The Carpetman of Southampton did an amazing job on a commercial installation at our hotel of outdoor carpeting (high quality polypropylene product, not the cheap looking stuff so common to motels). From the process of quoting, to ripping out the old stuff, to installing the new one. It's a pleasure to work with their entire team. Courteous, professional. The installer that did the job was a real pro! Kudos to him :)

We had a wonderful experience - we worked with Veronica who helped us with new custom carpet treads for our spiral staircase. So many options to chose from but Veronica steered us in the right direction based on our needs, carpet was installed in a matter of days and we couldn't be happier.
