It was good over all The restaurant is over priced or I got over changed . Pool was dirty every time I attempted to go for a swim . Had food and hair in it for 2 days without anyone cleaning it . Hours of poor operations says 9 but it really opens at 10 am. The stuff was nice , location was great

Don’t let them put you in that first building I didn’t like that I had so many issues with the rooms. I liked that the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Choose somewhere else on Collins. My first room was disgusting, it was dirty like it had not been cleaned yet. They did upgrade my room for free so that was nice. It was better in cleanliness. If I needed anything I had to walk outside to the front desk. That was less than favorable. They also didn’t have an area with a microwave, no cups or ice anywhere and the restaurant downstairs is separate from the hotel so they wouldn’t provide even plastic cups and silverware. Wish I had some money back, wouldn’t say it’s worth it the room was absolutely disgusting, I felt itchy on the bed, dust over the toilet roll and rush everywhere The staff and location were excellent
