Très décevant! Fuite dans le plafond des W.C Climatisation très très bruyante!! Mini-bar très très bruyant! L’eau stagne dans la douche Penderie bcp trop petite! Pas de chaussons dans la chambre La localisation Le personnel plutôt aimable, mais pas tous! Certains ne disent même pas «bonjour»!!! Le personnel du petit déjeuner était très agréable et professionnel!
Fair They give me a room who had someone inside, and i went on the office from second floor of Maxine's resto,to explain that,to find a manager to return check if its true. And go back again to have a new room number. That part was not nice. The breakfast was good. Some employees are so helpfull.

Bad When we arrived in the hotel, to do the check, the lady who check us in informed us that the AC was turned off. And they just turned on at our check in time. So when we got inside the room, we noticed even after 30 minutes with the AC on, the room was still hot. When we decided to check the air that was coming out of the AC, we noticed that was warm air in both of the AC turned on. Decent option if you get a discount Staff didn’t explain proper available facilities (I learned on of the pools was closed for renovation upon trying to use it) room still had sand and some dirt upon check in. Convenient location

Beskidt, lugtende og tilbød ikke pools som beskrevet Hej. Vi har boet her i to overnatninger. Vi bookede hotellet fordi der var to pools, og vores børn ønskede dette. Da vi ankommer får vi at vide, at den ene pool ikke er for børn (det kan jeg ikke læse nogensteder på siden hvor jeg bookede), og den anden pool er ubrugelig. Never again Beautiful in the images, however nothing like it when your there. The hotel was under construction and it was noise starting at 6am!! The room and restrooms were dusty from the construction. The two African American at the lobby were rude!! Will never stay here again, the location was great which was the only bright side.
