It was horrible worst place in Miami I didn’t like that my key didn’t work I had to keep going to get a new key every day like three times a day. I didn’t like that I had to walk through all way through a pool to get to my room. I didn’t like that I had to walk through a restaurant to get to my room, it smelled like mothballs and mildew. The rooms are so small nowhere to move the bathroom even smaller. Nothing
I’ll never stay again! Three different buildings we got the worse building Mistro i believe is the name. The room was super small, like extremely small. I definitely picked to stay in the catalina and was relocated to the other building with construction and was told it’s nomore rooms available What a disappointment. The house keepers only made the bed and not clean the room daily. I like the rooftop pool.
I should really get a refund The elevator floor before entering the elevator was not connected all the way, was able to see the basement floors, the tv remote wasn’t working had to tell them twice to come and fix, whenever I called the front desk from the room they never answered therefore I had walk down for any assistance. The location and the restaurant next door

Não Reserve antes de ler Não recomendo, péssimo Hotel 1-Normalmente vôo internacional chega bem cedo e o check-in 15h. O Hotel não tem lugar para guardar a bagagem, é isso mesmo, se prepare para ficar sentado por horas na recepção aguardando o quarto 2-cafe da manhã incluído. Simplesmente não tem o básico, café com leite. Pésimo servicio y no avisaron que nos retiramos y más encima cobran algo que mido quiera lo informan Todo no me gustó por algo me fui Pésimo el servicio Tuvimos que irnos porque era todo lo contrario a las expectativas. Previous two times staying there, this stay has been disappointing.disappointed in the room and customer service 1. No phone in the room 2. No latch on the door 3. Odor coming from the hallways 4. Breakfast did not come with tea or coffee 5. Some of the front desk staff were not welcoming or accommodating 6. The shower handle was extremely stiff to operate 7.
