Good location, needs better customer service We were planning to extend the stay by a night, we went and enquired, but the room was at a much higher rate so we decided to move out elsewhere. Due to this, we were slightly late in checking out, they had a security member who barged into the room and spoke to us very rudely, he literally abused us and threatened to throw our bags out! I would stay at Catalina again. I had a very nice experience overall. Customer Service in the restaurants was very poor. The food was amazing, but the service from the wait staff was disappointing. I stayed away from Taco Taco and Maxines's for that very reason. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee and water. The front desk staff along with the doorman were very polite and accommodating. The location was wonderful. It was very peaceful and safe, even with the partying going on along Collins, I felt very safe.... read more
