I have been to The Chateau several times and have always enjoyed the food and the ambiance
My dinner was excellent (baked haddock with cream sauce) but my sister in law had. Chicken & broccoli ailio. It was dry and only 2pieces of broccoli, brother-in-law had the “Portofino (all kinds of fish)” very dry had to ask for more sauce. My husbands salmon was very nice but squash was cold. Our waiter Greg was excellent and very accommodating and fun. The food is excellent there I always get a seafood dinner which has always been perfect. Very fresh fish always taste wonderful good size portion. My husband has an Italian trio meal loved it. We ask for the Tuscany room overlooking the lake it's just beautiful. Make reservations if you are going on s Saturday night. Great place.
We sat at the back bar and had Jo Jo & Mark as our bartenders/servers. Absolutely outstanding service ! The food /atmosphere were also great but the service made our night . ThNk you for such a wonderful time . We will be back .

We have been frequenting the Chateau for many years. For date night, business lunches and many special occasions. Always great food, warm atmosphere and attentive staff. Excellent all around.
This restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Calamari appetizer was delicious. Meals were just adequate. Baked stuffed shrimp were tasty but small, with a lot of stuffing. My husband had an Italian Combo. He found the sauce to be too watery and the sausage to be something you'd buy at the grocery store. Service was slow, and one in our party got a baked potato instead of the ordered mashed. All in all, I would give the place another try, hoping they were just having a bad day.
Excellent comfort food. Glad the Chateau is now on Open Table.
