The way chef interacts with his employees makes me uncomfortable and the environment not enjoyable to eat in. Constant bickering between him and his employees. He only seems to be kind to paying guests. Not to mention it’s ridiculous how expensive this food is for the quality of it all. Mediocre meals, very expensive, egotistical chef. What’s new?

This place deserves not a single star. There's no denying the food is decent, however I can feel just how cold and unwelcoming the atmosphere is the second I enter the building. The servers are robotic and have no personality, and after watching the chef interact with them, it seems he's the reason. It's truly embarrassing the way he speaks to and treats some of those servers.. if you have a family or loved one who has ever served in the food industry before, I hope you'd have enough respect for them to never enter this rest... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would! I am a server and I saw how poorly treated the staff was and will never dine there again! The way the chef speaks to his servers is absolutely deplorable! I can’t even report to a higher authority bc he’s the owner and HR

Portions very small and way over priced . Was not impressed at all . Upscale Olive Garden

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I just visited this place today and they didn’t even care to take us in. We are standing near the counter and no one came to give us a table. At least three employees saw us and they just completely ignored us. How rude can this service be. Such an embarrassment for a restaurant like this. Disappointed

Good evening Mr. Hang, We want to apologize for this experience. We are very attentive to the front, and we have signage asking guests to please wait to be seated. It is unlike our staff to not welcome guests, and we apologize if this was the case. We do hope you will consider coming back to give us a try so we can change this 1 star to a 5 star.

Every dish we ordered was BAD except the sticky toffee pudding. Came for a b’day celebration. I informed ahead of time and also when confirming the table that it’s a b’day celebration & they said they have a b’day special dessert. After the bad experience with the main course, I was waiting for the dessert. They forgot to bring it, I had to explain that I was supposed to get a b’day dessert. I took my girlfriend here after a lot of research and wanted some place nice and romantic knowing that Valentine's Day was going to be booked. The food was pretty amazing except for hers as it came out cold. I let the waiter know and he did nothing. I then excused myself and informed the manager who also did nothing. What a disappointment as we were expecting an unbelievable experience based on their reputation and prices. Unfortunately, we wont be coming back.

Food was good but most dishes are expensive. I wanted to take something to go for a family member and the Chef denied to prepare it a bit before I would leave the place because he thought he would be too busy. Instead wanted to prepare it as I was ordering my food without caring that it would get cold. The place was not as full for that excuse
