Stay was ok. I probably will choose another hotel next time. I was at the Congress Plaza Hotel for a week. Disappointed the waffle machine was broke all week. Breakfast menu was limited but the food was good with generous portions. My television didn’t work that well. Channels kept freezing up and channel 50 which was supposed to be the guide didn’t work so I had to keep flipping through channels. Location was great. Right in the heart of downtown. Exceptional
Perfect for tourists and those on a budget No parking and parking around is pricey. Rooms weren't super upgraded, so prepared for older appliances. Not super clean, but reasonable overall for the price Location is perfect for tourists, a short walk to the millennium park and a bus ride to just about anything you'd wanna see in the city.. Staff was friendly and the room was big. Overall would recommend
