Convenient and priced right The decor is outdated and kind of ugly but for the price I don’t actually care. Amazing value right on Michigan ave. There’s a bus stop right outside. I drove into the city and used SpotHero to reserve parking at the parking garage a block away for a good price.. Our room was clean and comfy and the restaurant on site had good and relatively inexpensive food.
Location was my favorite part!! The WORKING ice machine was on the top floor of the hotel. So close to Lake Michigan!!
Good Rooms were super warm. With a velvet comforter made it uncomfortable We were pretty in and out. Rooms were nice and big. Hotel looked really beautiful
OK hotel but dont expect too much The hotel is getting pretty tired and needs a significant upgrade. Also the rooms at the back are very noisy with the L running close by Excellent location in a fine old building. Has all the basic facilities.
Amazing Location - Lukewarm Services and Amenities The hotel's historic sensibilities can be immediately felt via the ornate touches in the lobby and public spaces on the ground floor. Everywhere else, however, is in dire need of a refresh or major overhaul. As Cher Horowitz would put it, the hotel is a "full-on Monet...from far away it's okay, but up close it's a big ol' mess." Very Good I waited in the check in line without a person at the desk for atleast 10 min - might be good to add a bell or somethin The cleanliness and location was convenient. Staff was nice
