great all was good great room
Pleasant Stale smell in room. Staff abrupt Rooms old and a bit gritty Location
Good the staff the location and the style
Beautiful style, great location, probably wouldn't stay again for the price. Shower was coming apart, couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, only one pillow with a case on it on each bed, the others were covered in velvet which we did not want to sleep on in the summer or for germs. Check in assistant was not helpful or friendly. The style of the hotel was really beautiful. Had a view of Grant Park we loved and the location was great.
Exceptional The bathroom was very small, and didnt have were to put soap, and toiletries. The location was perfect, We could walk every were in less than 30 minutes.

Overall it was nice. The bathrooms were very clean. Could of been vacuumed better. Plus the elevator broke when we were there. Convenient location
