Great hotel, great location, rooms are a little outdated. The room was a little bit outdated and the bathroom could do some renovation, as the corridor. I was told there was parking on site, but I realized later that it was not the parking of the hotel. We had to pay for private parking and that added up a lot to the cost. The closest parking is 57$ per day. Very expensive! Excellent location, it could not be more central! The hotel lobby and elevator are beautiful and the staff is extremely nice. Fabulous hotel and will stay again! Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations. The Congress Hotel is a lovely older lady who still enjoys dressing up! This historic hotel is iconic to the Chicago skyline and is in the city's heartbeat. Perfect location for sightseeing around the Loop, within walking distance to the Art Institute, Millennium Park, and the Bean! Wonderful This is a historical hotel. The golden room is impressive. The view of the lake from the room is amazing. Staff was extremely helpful.
Buena Hotel con Buena ubicacion Que esta un poco viejito, necesita una remodelada, fuera de eso me parece bien. Hola, me gusto este Hotel, aunque se ve un poco descuidado y viejo es buena opcion para quedarse, cerca de atracciones y el trasnporte publico esta solo al salir del hotel, me gusto mucho.
Convenient stay to visit all the major Chicago tourist locations it’s noisy, you could hear conversations from other rooms. very central and close to everything in Chicago.
