Fun stay Our room was cold. It was June 1st, but it was raining and chilly. We called and asked how to turn on the heat, and we were told that it was turned off for the season. They were accommodating and brought us extra blankets and a heater. This accommodation worked great for us. The place was very clean and everyone was so friendly and helpful
Beautiful historic hotel with a perfect balance of old and new. The only issue we encountered was slow flushing toilet. Nothing a double flush wouldn’t fix. Beautiful historic hotel. I was concerned by some of negative reviews. I shouldn’t have been. We had a wonderful stay at the Congress Plaza Hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. 眺めがよく、観光に便利で治安のいい立地 シャワーの水圧が低かったです。またカランへの切り替えが出来ずシャワーのみしか使えませんでした。 ホテルの付近は治安が良く、部屋はグランドパークの噴水の前で眺めが最高でした。建物自体は古かったのですがきちんと手入れされていて、清潔で気持ちよかったです。 観光地からも近くシェッド水族館やシカゴ美術館やウィリスタワーなどは歩いて行けました。その他の観光地や空港へのアクセスに関しては電車やバスの乗り場が近く便利でした。 ホテルの周りには飲食店も多く、毎日の食事も飽きることなくいろいろな料理やスイーツを楽しみました。

Great hotel pretty cheap for what's it'd worth. Older hotel but it was clean with a new look Parking price The lake front view was awesome
I would stay there again The pillows were horrible. The maids didn’t understand English well. They didn’t make up our room. They thought we didn’t want them when I was telling them we needed more time to leave for the day Location quiet. Staff very nice
