If I could I would stay here again and again and again Nothing. Everything was amazing Everything. The staff was amazing and helpful , the rooms were clean And specious, most comfortable beds and pillows. I loved hot showers and quiet rooms. Don’t let anyone to mislead you with bad reviews. This place deserves great review only. Thank you
Convenient location, expensive parking, nice showers The room was definitely warm, even with air blowing from the unit. But there seemed to be no way to adjust the A/C. We were on the 14th floor and both thankfully, and scarily, the windows were able to be fully opened. It kept the room bearable, but also was a wide open 14th floor window The location could hardly have been more convenient for attending a concert and visiting The Field Museum. The room's were clean and the water in the bathroom hot.

the hotel is in the perfect spot for all the attractions and walking distances everywhere. no complaints. maybe city taxes. the hotel has an old fashioned vibe but there were updates that made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. the location was perfect. main source of transportation were my feet since everything was at walking distances. would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. very well enjoyed it.
Memorable stay in Chicago Sheets felt like sand paper ,I couldn't sleep ,I was itching the whole time there.The wall paper in the halls were peeling off. I liked the location of the hotel .
