I hope that the next time I come to Chicago I can get the exact same room. I loved it. I wish that housekeeping was still a regular thing at hotels, without having to call for it. But I know everyone's staff is short, and stretched. Room was clean and very roomy. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and always stayed at the slightly less pricey rooms. This one was worth the extra money, VERY spacious, clean. I'm confused about their heating system though.
