nel cuore della città La struttura è in pieno centro quasi davanti al parco. Si raggiunge il Magnificent Mile a piedi tranquillamente. Purtroppo dovrebbero essere ristrutturate le camere in quanto c’è un impianto di riscaldamento/raffreddamento che non funziona ed ho dovuto richiedere una coperta supplementare per il freddo…
Pleasant The room itself was not very well maintained. There was a damp smell. The bath tub was old and strained. The toilet seat's flush was tight. The towels were old and strained. My bedsheet had big strain near the pillow. The AC had no knob to adjust temperature. The TV was old and half the picture was cut out from the screen. Overall, not a great experience. The location was great. Very close to all major attractions.

Good felt a little unsafe random people gather at the hotel entrance at night and security was asking everyone for key room to confirm who was a guest. and one night I heard screaming from the room next door and security went to see what was going on even tho is a very old hotel it’s well conserve and very clean location it’s awesome
clean and comfortable bathroom had no fan very old room...upgrades would be nice. bed was comfortable. location was great.
