it was ok. it needs to be updated a little inside the rooms. breakfast is not the best, There is nothing healthy. location
Placentera estancia con buen trato del personal Renovar alfombras de los corredores que van a las habitaciones Ubicación, check in y out rápido y eficiente. Nos hicieron up-grade de habitación de cortesía. El hotel es antiguo, ciertos muebles han sido renovados, para su precio en Chicago está bien tomando en cuenta su estupenda ubicación.
OK - hotel rooms need a serious maintenance. Our room smelled musty and the service was non- existent. Luckily we spent most of our time out. The location, surroundings and the lobby were great.
Good Rude staff at check-in counter! very very cold - you could not change the temeprature - parking very expensive 54$ and breakfast buffet is not worth 24$… Great location! Nice and clean rooms :) big hotel with a nice little shop and cafee some refreshments
