Bien situé et pro Très bien situé. Très pro: un retard de vol de 48h et on a pu changer la location de 3 à 1 nuit. Le prochain séjour à Chicago sera bien là et plus longtemps!
It was nice but could've been better I didn't like the bed and the pillow, they weren't comfortable. especially the mattress, it was hard. I also didn't like that there was no gym at the hotel. I liked the staff there, they're friendly and ready to help anytime. I liked that there's a "work area" downstairs.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Putz fällt von der Decke, Rostflecken in der Badewanne). Auch waren die Fenster dreckig. Das ist ärgerlich, haben wir doch einen Aufpreis für das Zimmer mit Seeblick bezahlt. Die Getränkeautomaten in der Lobby funktionierten auch nicht einwandfrei. Perfekte Lage, Übernachtung in einem historischen Hotel, freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, Late-Check-Out

Was okay but.... Elevator is a bit run down and lopsided. Very small. Hallways are rather run down. Room was okay, sort of updated. It is an old hotel, very old. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful but was my only employee contact besides the parking garage people not employed by hotel. Bed was hard and the pillows were rather crappy. Valet parking was closed but parking was around the corner anyway, same lot, but way more expensive than the website said it would be. No in and out. Elevator was scary.
Exceptional It’s elegant, the location is stellar, lake view is incredible, and both restaurants were good.
