amazing staff super close to grant park. literally across street and super close to restaurants and parking garages
uncomfortable our condition didn’t work. pierce came to fix it and said it’s fixed now. He said he would bring up fans just in case it didn’t work. well we left for day and came back the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable the air didn’t work. I called front desk and they said they had no more rooms and they would bring us fans and we never got them again. this was the worst.we told the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything g about it. we also found bugs in our room and took them down in a cup. we thought b... read more
Exceptional elevators the decor was nice great view
Very Good The room was comfy and nicely updated but much smaller than expected. Had a three-day reservation, but had to request a new set of towels every day! Waited about 30 minutes for the bell captain to bring a cart to the room for our departure. Oh, and we paid valet pricing for parking that was self-serve (and couldn't access our vehicle for the duration of our stay). Directly across the street from Taste of Chicago at Grant Park!
Very Good The rooms are somewhat outdated, BUT clean, convenient and reasonable. It's a older hotel, with the presence of class, character, cleanliness and courtesy upon your arrival on the main floor and that's what brings me back EVERY time. Its ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS The location was exceptional to the event and areas that we were interested in attending.
