Very enjoyable stay right on Grant Park in a lovely "Old Queen of Chicago" The beds were a bit too firm. We had to go to several different floors to get ice and none of the cold drink machines worked on any of the floors in the North Tower. One of the machines took our money and when we reported this to the desk at 10:30 pm we were told we'd have to wait and get our refund in the morning. Wonderful Furniture and decor a bit out dated. Would change the style so much as just needs an update for use. The view was amazing. Clear view if Grant Park fountain and Lake Michigan.
