Sufficient…just wanted a nicer room considering it is such a grand hotel. King sized bed only had 2 small pillows. Only one side of bed had a night stand. No light on the desk. Room seemed dark. Very low toilet…we are both 6 feet tall and this toilet was just too low to the ground. Location was perfect for attending an event at Auditorium Theater. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Not for us Beds were terrible. Cheap fixes makes the rooms look shaby. Location was fantastic
practical, value for money, would not take my wife there bed is worn, has a dip in it. Paint is coming of the doors, bathroom is aging location not too far from McCormick Centre, spacious room, but a bit tired.

I had a great visit. The breakfast Gazebo restaurant was such a limited menu The location was the most important but the view was a close second.
