Very Good room was very hot room was clean
Good time, slightly overpriced. Bathroom did not always flush. Size of the room, view of city, cleanliness of the room.

Wonderful The Congress Plaza is very convenient for the things I do in Chicago. It has all of the amenities I need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks for being there!

Fantastic place to stay to visit Chicago Of course, the hotel building is old, but some better maintenance would help. For instance, the door locks look flimsy and the doors do not shut well. The location is exceptional, everything is within walking distance, the neighborhood is very safe. There is some noise from the trains, but this is Chicago!
