Worked out well for me. The service could. E a little better Very poor lighting. Toilet flush was not always working well. Room service was not every day This is a heritage hotel in downtown chicago conveniently close to the metra and cta lines. The rooms are old fashioned and classy but could do with more furniture and lighting.
