Hope you like the sauna Although check in was easy, the staff was rude or unknowledgeable for the remainder of the stay. We were told room cleaning would need to be requested due to Covid, yet 9am daily received a knock on the door for room cleaning. When asking where to store bags post check out snd where to pick them up, I got told yo go to multiple different places throughout the lobby and no one knew where to actually point me.
