Trip to Chicago we do not have negative feedback we loved our stay here - the location was great , gorgeous view of Lake Michigan out our window ( we were upgraded to lakefront at check in ) Tge staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was wonderful, love old hotels !

It is a great old hotel. I left my headphones in my room. It was great that they were mailed to me quickly, but No one bothered to answer my calls or emails with updates. I know everyone is busy, but answering calls and emails is an important part of customer service. Everything in the room worked. It was clean and the location was excellent.
