Exceptional I love the Congress. I stay every time I'm in Chicago! It's just my kinda place, it's charming, historical, and just lovely. There was nothing I didn't like! Everything!

Can't wait for next year. I have stayed at this hotel several times. I love the location most of all, but I stay also because of the atmosphere.
Exceptional Lakeview room was amazing. Beautiful view, clean room. Beds were very comfortable.
My overall time and events in Chicago were wonderful. Would have liked a down pillow, a blanket, a higher toilet seat and a grab bar. The view.
