Good There was dirty towels under the clean towels with soap attached to it, and empty pop bottles behind the curtains. The scenery, and the location.
I will be back The bed was very hard.
Very Good Room was small with no microwave, during covid with no hotel or other restaurants only view of other hotel walls. Price different than advertised. Being accessible to Chicago. The hotel was clean, beautiful and staff very nice. Room was clean and could adjust air conditioner. Seemed safe and quiet

The location and view made this hotel an excellent choice. The room was small and the hotel shows its age in many areas. However, not completely unexpected as the hotel is over 120 years old. The location of the hotel and the panoramic view of the lakefront were excellent.
