Beautiful grand hotel. Quite. Parking Great location. Rooms were clean.
Pleasant The bed could of been more better , & I asked for a smoke room and didn’t get it I feel I should have got what I paid for or my money back The people that work there are very nice and friendly. They move accordingly and get the job done the first time .
Phenomenal location and views! The mattress wasn’t really that comfortable and you couldn’t adjust the air or heat in the room. It is on a central system so you could only turn the fan on or off. My friends and I had a great time in Chicago due to the location of the Congress. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do as well as a beautiful view of the lake from our room. The bellhop was so friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The room was great with high ceilings and large windows.
