It is hard to understand why the out-of-state Sellers' closing sheet was sent out 5+ days before closing, while the Buyer's closing sheet was not ready at the closing. Evidently the amount of the CHAFA assistance had not been finalized. That should all be done by the time of closing.
They were very good with all of our needs to get our house
