Pleased with the whole staff. Did not like the new way of signing in. Thought it was a huge hassle to re-enter info in computer myself. Had it not been for my husband being with us I know my two year old would have made it hard for me to stand there filling out info.Ā

I am not pleased with the amount of forms that are needed to be filled every time we visit. If there are changes then it makes sense to fill them out.Ā

The young lady at the entrance was very friendly and welcomed us for the first time. Everyone was pleasant but the process needs to be better explained for first timers. Then they take your children and drop them off in a play room and take you else where and that did not make me very comfortable. I also was not impressed with all the cavities and work Dr. Chavez recommended when 6 months ago Dr. Stevenson personally saw my girls and did not recommend anything other than to watch a 2 possible cavities on Alexsandra Pimentel,...Ā read more
