As soon as we walked into the door we were greated and assisted. The electronic paperwork process makes it much easier. The staff is very friendly, cheerful and caring for their patients. They took the time to develop a trusting relationship with my daughter that led to her having a great experience. It's very important for children at a young age to have a great experience with the dentist so that they will continue in the future with regular visits as adults, proper cleaning and hygiene. The lady who helped us upfront gave us the best treatment, we had problems with insurance questions and she called the insurance and got it all cleared up. The dentist too was very knowledgeable, my son has been suffering from a few things and with his help, we know exactly what to ask his pediatrician.
