It was my first time visit. I waited for 6 hrs for my daughter to have 2 crowns put in. I was not told that I had to wait hrs for my daughter to be seen. I understand that there are many patients and some take longer than expected but 6 hrs is ridiculous.
I like that Grisel Valdez call me later during the day to see how my son was doing.
the booth set up, i think that was a good idea.

The only thing was the glass desk that you have an emplyee sitting in outside in the lobby is dangerous my 2 year old almost hurt herself on the corner of the glass desk, you should have a wooden desk it may be safer for smaller children.
My appointment was at 1:00. I showed up at 12:50 and my kids didn't get called back until 1:30 so we waited 40 mins in the waiting room. Then I sat and waited 1 hr. Finally I was getting a little upset so I went to check on my kids. At that time I was able to go to the back when the Dentist examined them. I know there were a lot of people but I don't think it should take almost 2 hours. Also to fill out the forms on the computers, I liked it better the way it used to be because it was a more one on one with the receptionist.... read more
Everybody at the dental ark is always happy and smiling , my daughter enjoyed her visit and she didn't even cry :)
