MY DAUGHTER WAS SEEN AND TAKEN CARE OF FAST AND QUICK AND THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
once the exam was over the dental assistant who went over what was done was rude. When my daughter grabbed the bag that contained the toothbrush and extras for my son the dental assistant yanked it out of my daughters hand and told her not to play with it that it was for her brother. It doesn't matter who the bag was for my daughter was only holding it.
This dental office has great service. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
I waited almost an hour before we were called in. If I don't decide to return, this will be the sole reason why
Figure out a way to notify patients of schedule changes. If you decide to close on a day you have appointments make sure that you have made a real attempt to let the patient know you will be closed - either by phone or email. I still think that not reaching us to tell us my daughters appointment was cancelled is inexcusable. There are so many tools at your disposal to remind us about her appointments. Sending texts and email confirmations prior to her cancelled appointment also sends mixed messages.
Excellent service from everyone. Everyone was very helpful.
There was adult shows on the television in the waiting room. I am not sure why kids need to understand how to make holiday desserts.
