Requested to go in with my son for his cleaning and was told they would call me in. I was called in after the fact. Would consider changing dental provider, as I would feel much better being able to see what services and how my son is treated.
To have another office besides the eastside to avoid so many people and a long wait

Marissa was outstanding, great customer service. Suggestion ---- I would have appreciated if someone would have informed me ahead of time prior to treatment regarding my financial options and my payment responsibility.
We in and out in less than 45 minutes. The people there are nice and friendly.
I think there is not much to change, we were out of there really fast, that's something that us parents that work and took some time off work to take our children to their appointment really appreciate, thank you.
