My son loves to come to his appointments . That to me says a lot about his positive experience.
My son fell and hit his mouth I immediately called the dental ark and they immediately made time to see him. I'm grateful for them taking care of him!!!
I would like for my son to be called as soon as its time for his appt or at least a few minutes after. I dont want to have to wait over 30mins bcuz sometimes we have other appointments and its makes us late to wait too long to b seen.
Everything was great! The dental assistant explained to us how he reacted to the procedures and what they did to him during the procedure. The procedure that was done on my son I was thinking he was going to be scared when he came out but he wasn't.
I had a great experience with the front office and my son was treated well.
The dentist I met during this visit was not only a skilled doctor but a polite person. She took the time to explain to me the situation of my child and made sure I understanded her point of view.
everything was ok no changes needed
The wait time was not as long as other times i have gone with my other children. Overall the visit was good.
My kids love coming to the dental ark! Friendly staff makes the experience a great one!
