This was the first time for any of my children where I was not allowed to be with my child during the procedure.it
This was Caleigh's first real appointment. It was very comfortable for her and she was not scared. I was happy with the woman who explained our options and are very satisfied.
It took a while to be seen, we were in waiting are close to an hour before getting called in. Im thinking that the reason why it took us that long was because it was our first visit and we had to register. I was very pleased with the customer service, all of my questions were answered. I was very happy to know that Jade's teeth are healthy. The previous dentist wanted to do unnecessary dental work that was going to cost my son, a single parent, lots of money. We were very happy with your services!!
Everyone was very professional and we were all comfortable and not scared, such as from our last dentist appointment.
All the staff was very friendly and will be going back :)
Insurance Dept. The ladies name was Sondran (spelling probably wrong) was extremely helpful and I hope to be able to work with her again.
