I personally have a huge fear of dentists, stemming from childhood experiences with the dentist and that has affected me to allow the care for my teeth to have issues. Having Kenna being excited and not afraid to go to the dentist is the best thing I can hope for in my children. Thank you for treating her like a person and not just a number. It makes her experience a good one and her willingness to want to continue to go to the denist! Thank you for the good work!
I love the awesome and very nice staff! My daughter was always terrified of the dentist until now, she enjoys the warm & caring atmosphere. She is 5 yrs old and loves that fact that she can go into the exam all on her own! The offices are always clean and neat. Thank you for your great service! =)

Great reception. Great dentist. Great hygenist. Bad scheduling/finance clerk.
as a new patient, i had to wait for over an hour to be seated. my paperwork packet was handed to me over thirty minutes after my son and I arrived. the service was OK with lots of room for improovement. the oriental dentist that attended my son could have explained more upon further treatment and patient education.
it was good for my son, but he is still afraid of the x-rays. is there anything I can do to help before the next visit?

There are many child friendly books that help little ones feel more comfortable with seeing the dentist. Here are a few suggestions : http://www.apples4theteacher.com/holidays/dental-health/kids-books/ also let us know at check in and we can spend a few more minutes explaining the xray machine how "cool" it is. ;)
We're not too comfortable with the Dental Ark, my son seems not to mind, mostly because of the games, etc. provided while he waits, but my wife and I are considering taking him to our own dentist, no perks but we seem to have less items charged for our visits, whereas something always seems to come up for his visits, even though he hasn't had any cavities for the past year. WE LOVE IT, IT'S NICE, CLEAN, AND STAFF ARE ALL VERY NICE!! WE HAD GONE TO ANOTHER DENTAL PLACE AND WERE'NT SATISFIED WITH IT AND MOVED ON TO DENTAL ARK AND ARE SO GLAD WE DID!!!
