I've been going to The Dentists At Brinton Lake for several years. Had cavities filled, implants and crown work done. No problems with any of the procedures. The work done so far has been excellent.

It's evident that most people dont enjoy going to the dentist. I've been a pajtient of Dr Markova for a very long time. He is genuinely a good doctor and a good person. His work is excellent. He is thorough, meticulous and caring. The dental techs do a great job and do their best to make the visit pleasant. I thank all of you for your caring service for many years.

The Dentists at Brinton Lake are fantastic! They are very gentle with my kids and make them feel very safe and special. That goes a long way with scared children. The cleanings are very thorough, but gentle. The hygienists are very friendly. I have always been given a detailed explanation of what is showing in my x-rays and the results of the tests they take. Very professional on all levels! Very happy with the care we have received so far.

I had my upper wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Brillman about two weeks ago and had zero issues & no pain whatsoever. He is entertaining but also efficient. My whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Brillman. I waited over a month to see him at Brinton Lake. In the mean time, I had a consultation with a different dentist to make sure everything was okay. He does practice out of another location in Newtown Square if you're in a rush. You will find that many of my ratings to date have been 5 stars. That's because I believe in consistency. Customer service is my specialty and therefore my ratings are based on that and of course everything else. I am very honest in my reviews so if your planning on using them to try somewhere I recommend that you please read through them and not just look at the stars! My experience with this practice has been outstanding! I was a patient of Drs. Matkov and Mazza MANY years ago and was happy then, so I returned and have been delighted with the attention to my complex billing of insurances (they took the time to thoroughtly investigate the two policies and actually refunded an overpayment to me) The office manager even took a good deal of her time to work with me when I stopped in one day when the office was closed! I would not recommend using this dentist i have been trying to get my refund that was due to me last month. I have called the office several times no response. I was told by the manger ill call you back and she never does. I sent an email to the corporate office no response. This is unprofessional. There was no problem taking the money out of my account. A number of times I've had permanent crowns fall out since going there. Trying to get through now to get an appointment and no response. One time it did let me leave a message. So far no call back. What's the deal with the phone system there. Why doesn't anybody answer the phone? I've had this happen on numerous occasions.
