The Encore was... (Verified Renter) The Encore was the best apartment that we have ever lived in. The staff was friendly and quick to meet all of our needs. The complex was always clean and full of excellent amenities. Our favorite amenities included the gym, roof top pool, coffee stations, weekly brunches, and the proximity to the mall. We bragged about our apartment to all of our friends. Out of everything we could miss in Charlotte, the Encore will be what we will miss the most.
If you want... (Verified Renter) If you want no hassles, nobody entering your apartment when you are not there, your packages delivered, a great mail man who appears to know the tenant, come over and visit and you will want to move right in.
