The only concern... (Verified Renter) The only concern I have is the lack of protection for cars in the parking garage. I believe there needs to be paid security. With rent at these levels, this not something over which residents should have to worry.

Community is great,... (Verified Renter) Community is great, a good variety of amenities and most dwellers are friendly and respectful, security is also more improved than most condominium at the area.

Overall I like... (Verified Renter) Overall I like the neighborhood and The Encore very much. The office personnel work very hard to provide a positive experience. My issues are nits and chiefly involve some of my fellow residents. First re parking I praise the office personnel efforts to be sure that only residents park in the garage. I wish however they would check on those who routinely park on or just over the line. I have a non compact car, my parking options are somewhat limited, and this decreases them further. Great location. Great... (Verified Renter) Great location. Great amenities. Nice office staff. In my opinion only a few items that need improvement, but can be done. Overall, a super place to live.
The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is wonderful the building is kept very clean and I love the fact we have concrete floors and it's pretty quiet. We still hear weights dropping occasionally but the signs that were put in the gym certainly helped.
