Gus was very... (Verified Renter) Gus was very helpful and quick to respond. Turns out, maintenance didn'??t even have to come to the apartment, as he was able to identify the problem from my description and instruct me how to solve the problem on my own.
The service request... (Verified Renter) The service request was for the porch overlook which all residents can use. It is near my apartment and needed cleaning. I use it quite often and there was a degree of pollen build up and dog hair on cushions. All was taken care of to my satisfaction.
