I've held off for a long time but I'm fed up and feel it's my duty to complain publicly. First, there is Dog shit everywhere (outside and on occasion inside), overwhelming amounts of roaches, horrible smells in the hallways, neighbors propping the security doors open at night so their customers and the mice can get in, garbage bags left overnight the halls... This place is the WORST! I wish there was a 0 star rating possible. It is gross, it smells absolutely terrible, everything is falling apart and management is not great. I have to shove towels under my door so the smell of smoke and weed don't FILL my apartment with my young baby playing on the floor. The managements response to complaints is 'sorry you feel this way but we can't do anything about it' and they never really seem to be around honestly. The Falls Apartment was disappointing in every way possible. I would give 0 stars for the apartment and 5 stars for the customer service and genuine caring of Jeff and Jenni!
It would be nice if the access door that I've complained about to 3 different people over the past two weeks would be fixed, so we can get out and get in. It makes no sense that I still have to walk completely around to get out of the apartment complex just to get to the parking lot. I really wish that this issue would be taken care of seeing as complaining about it in person does nothing.
The staff at the Falls is wonderful. They are the reason I still live here. The lifestyle is amazing and fun due to the people that live and work there. Now the people making decisions at the corporate office is unprofessional. They put a major black eye on the property by there inconsistent decision making. When you sign a lease here, know going into it that it will change. It won't be for the good for you as the tenants.
