Extremely bad staff. They used to be great but since transferring Jeff away I have had nothing but horrible experiences, especially with Ron who has been aggressive and unkind. He actually was yelling and interrupting me on the phone when I was having issues receiving a registered letter that he signed for. Have occasionally found dog poop on our porch steps, there was mold in our apartment complex and still is unless we buy special moisture retention packets, maintenance staff has not listened to issues I've had but downpla... read more

The Falls Apartments : an absolutely crooked & awful complex. I wouldn’t even burden an enemy of mine with the pitfall that is being a Falls resident. Long story short, I paid an unnecessary post-move fee that was quite high. Shady charges. But they took my money, & still allowed the balance (paid off) be passed along to rent recovery solutions. Oh, & I’ve had a car stolen while living there. Despite their “top notch” security. Avoid this complex at all costs.
they always shut the water off, people are dumpster diving in the trash in the back. raccoon problem, roly poly infestations, other tenants stealing stuff from other tenants. Alot of tenants never pay first months rent. its like a revolving door.

I've lived here , & still live here. Save yourself a hassle and find somewhere better to move. When I moved in I was told "we take care of our property well when snow comes down" well I guess they don't care the day after Christmas, I fell walking out the MAIN entrance. The water gets hot for about 10 minutes and that's it.
Great place to live, as long as you don't plan to do anything heavy on the internet. I've had to call the internet company 4 times in a month because apparently, The Falls has really REALLY bad internet cables that they won't let anyone dig up and replace. I've looked at the internet provider that they use for the Wifi lounge, they only provide UP TO 25mbs. That is UP TO which does not guaranty that it will be 25 only that that is the MAXIMUM they MIGHT provide. So it looks like even the apartment complex's preferred intern... read more
The Falls is meh at best. Relatively affordable rent, monthly events, a polite staff. And if you like to gamble on if you should take a shower right when you get home from your overnight job or wait until you wake up from the nap you take for your 2nd job to do it at the risk of the water being shut off for 2 or 3 hours, then this place will be super exciting for you.
IT'S A TRAP: The worst, and I mean WORST, apartments I have ever lived in. Mold was growing in my air conditioning; it took a week and a day and 3 trips to the office to get it fixed. I've had my car towed due to the lack of parking that The Falls offers. I know many residents complain of the same parking issue and getting towed. The noise level is high. Hope you don't like having water. They shut it off about every day.
If you wanna feel unsafe, call 911 every couple months, walk half a mile with all your groceries, smell like weed and cigarettes and hate your life then this place is the place for you!! Seriously though, don't do it. Even if the price is right. It might look cute on the outside but trust me, it's not so great on the inside!
